HTML5 defines a variety of new input types: sliders, number spinners, popup calendars, color choosers, autocompleting suggest boxes, and more.
To each of these buttons we'll attach a: On Click="Do Something()" 'event handler', so that when we click on the button, we can expect a response. What happens if we say: This is a good way of widening our buttons.Note that even when we do this, all of the buttons are not quite the same width (at least, on most browsers)! The name can’t be empty and password can’t be less than 6 characters long. The user will not be forwarded to the next page until given values are correct. Please download the premade validation script from here. When setting options via HTML attributes, remember to enable the validator by setting data-fv-date="true".
You don't need to do that when using HTML 5 type="date" attribute (the format then will be forced to be YYYY-MM-DD).
Please send corrections and suggested improvements to [email protected] As of January 2013, Opera had the most complete support for these new input elements, followed closely by Chrome.
Firefox and Safari had moderate support, and Internet Explorer had no support at all.
After unzipping the file you can install it with the Breezingforms package installer and choose the script from the validation library as usual.
